• Fill in the repair form if you wish to use our service / to use our service
• You will be contacted via phone or email
• We highly recommend handing in your device in its original box
• Our carrier colleauge will go to your address with a worksheet, of which you receive a copy and e-mail
• Upon receiving your device and performing the necessary tests on it, we propose an offer
• If our offer fits your expectations, we start the reparation and return it to your address
• If our offer does not fit your expectations or the device cannot be covered, we only charge the transport costs
• Payment is possible in cash on delivery or by bank transfer prior to receiving the device

    

Outside Budapest

• Fill in the repair form if you wish to use our service / to use our service
• You will be contacted via phone or email
• A courier from DPD will take your package 1-2 days prior to the reparation appointment
• We highly recommend handing in your device in its original box
• Upon receiving your device and performing the necessary tests on it, we propose an offer
• If our offer fits your expectations, we start the reparation and return it to your address
• If our offer does not fit your expectations or the device cannot be covered, we only charge the transport costs
• Payment is possible in cash on delivery or by bank transfer prior to receiving the device

 

Up to 150 000 HUF your package is covered by insurance.  
Above this value it is strongly recommended to sign an extra insurance for your package.
